In the second lecture the notion of conditional probability described in the first lecture is analyzed and generalized. In this process we end up with a description in terms of lattices that includes the picture of quantum probabilities that  was described in the lectures by V. Lychagin. This description is a logical interpretation of the notion of state of a physical system.
