"Ground state asymptotics for non-selfadjoint elliptic operator".

Consider a uniformly elliptic second order linear operator L in R^n and the corresponding spectral problem Lu=λu. We study the bottom of the spectrum of the operator L and provide various sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of its positive eigenfunction (ground state) vanishing at infinity.

Similar problem is studied for a singularly perturbed operator.
